FiOS issue, hopefully it is the final update - FIXED!
Verizon finally scheduled another visit of more experienced specialist (T3 - 3rd level support?) to visit my house today. The person called and told me that there are two other similar tickets opened in my area (Maybe someone red my blog with FiOS issue updates!!!!) and he will check with other specialist working on that and call back.

- Igor Trubin began his engineering career in 1979 as an IBM/370 systems engineer. He earned a Ph.D. in Robotics from St. Petersburg Technical University in 1986 and spent 12 years there as a professor teaching CAD/CAM and Robotics.
