FiOS Issue Update 2

I got call from Verizon and after a few additional tests (e.g. attaching my laptop directly to outside FiOS box-modem  bypassing coax cable and router), finally they scheduled the visit of some technician to my house.

Meanwhile I had advise of my friend to test and graph the upload process using the following website:  http://www.connectionanalyzer.com/home.php -
